<p>There&rsquo;s a chance that you&rsquo;ve been scrolling through Twitter (now rebranded as X) or TikTok and seen or heard the phrase&nbsp;<em>&ldquo;delulu is the solulu.&rdquo;</em></p> <p>For the sake of those of us who aren&rsquo;t avid users of these applications, I&#39;ll briefly explain what the phrase means:</p> <p>&ldquo;Delulu&rdquo; is a slang term coined for &ldquo;being delusional.&rdquo;</p> <p>&ldquo;Solulu,&rdquo; on the other hand, means &ldquo;solution.&rdquo;</p> <blockquote> <p>Hence,&nbsp;<em>&ldquo;delulu is the solulu&rdquo;</em>&nbsp;can roughly translate to&nbsp;<em>&ldquo;delusion is the solution.&rdquo;</em></p> </blockquote> <p>Of course, in reality, this is hardly the case.<br /> But we&rsquo;ll&nbsp;<em>allow</em>.<br /> We will allow it because, for some people, being delusional is a temporary reprieve from their current problems.</p> <p>And, well, for others, being optimistically deluded with their aspirations can inspire them to put in more at work.</p> <h1>The Promise of the Metaverse</h1> <p>The reasons stated above for being delusional may be relatable to even you.</p> <p>Imagine stepping into a world where reality blurs with imagination, where you can be whoever you want to be and do whatever you want to do.
