Is Masculinity Measured By Money?
<p>A recent study by the Associate Management Professor Dustin Sleesman (Ph.D.) at the Alfred Lener College of Business and Economics, University of Delaware suggests it hasn’t.</p>
<p>When interviewed by the University of Delaware Magazine (11/3/23), Sleesman said, “Men tend to be aggressive when they feel their masculinity is threatened. Well intentioned efforts to promote pay transparency could unintentionally perpetrate the gender gap because of what kind of information men and women tend to focus on and what they react to.”</p>
