Malala is from a Country Where Every Second Girl is ‘Malala’
<p><em>Malala Yousafzai is a Nobel laureate and global education advocate. She is an inspiration and we are proud of her as she’s representing our challenges at a global level.</em></p>
<p><em>In this post, I’ll share my story representing how every second girl here, struggles to go to school because of cultural and economic issues.</em></p>
<p>Thanks to the international media for making the name ‘Malala’ a synonym for bravery, determination, and the fight for equality in a nation where countless girls face challenges in accessing education.</p>
<p>The World Bank reported that more than 12 million school-age girls are out of school in Pakistan.</p>
<p>It reflects the difficulties a girl has to face to get an education in a developing country where a renowned name like Malala once lived but it’s not only her story but of millions of others too.</p>
<h2>Reasons for Girls’ Struggle to Get Education</h2>

<p>A study conducted by <a href="https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/00131946.2017.1307196" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Mughal and Aldridge (2017)</a> found the main hindrance to women’s education is the increasing ratio of poverty, In an interview with their study, a Multan supervisor of teachers also agreed she said;</p>
