The Life of the London Fire Brigade
<p>I love to learn about the world through data exploration.</p>
<p>The other day, when I was on my daily walk looking at datasets on the internet, I came across the <a href="https://data.london.gov.uk/dataset/london-fire-brigade-incident-records" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">London Fire Brigade Incident Records</a>. I immediately realized that I knew absolutely nothing about firefighting!</p>
<p>I see red trucks swooshing by almost daily, but where are they going? Is it a false alarm? How bad is Christmas? How many cats do they save every year?</p>
<p>Luckily, the dataset I found contains every incident reported to the London Fire Brigade since January 1, 2009.</p>
