Looking to Change your Liquor License Location?
<p>If you want to change where your liquor license premise is there are two ways to do so as outlined in <a href="https://app.leg.wa.gov/WAC/default.aspx?cite=314-07-015" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank"><strong>WAC 314–07–015(2</strong></a><strong>)</strong>.</p>
<p>You will submit a change of location application and pay a $75 fee if:</p>
<ul>
<li>You are not changing the type of liquor license that you have at the current location;</li>
<li>There is no change in any of the true parties of interest; and</li>
<li>Your liquor license is current.</li>

<p>You will submit a new liquor license application and pay the appropriate fee for the type of liquor license you are applying for if:</p>
