Things I Learnt Traveling With Family at 33 Years Old.
<p>When a family with younger children travel together, the parents can make the majority of the decisions, and the kids can follow along. But as an adult, I want to make some choice of where I want to go. I felt also a sense of duty to introduce my wife to specific places that I want to visit, and places that I wanted to experience together with her.</p>
<p>All of us being adults make the decision making more challenging, because everyone has a valid point on why our itinerary needs to be a certain way. Specifically, there was a choice between going for a nice meal that needed some reservation, or attending a concert that an artist we like was performing at. There was a short discussion that we all knew what our own thoughts of which events were more critical and we shared our choices. My wife and I decided to go for the concert, and my father, mother and sister went for the meal. This also brings me to my second point…</p>
