How to manage a party leadership handover

She will also hand over as Leader of the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/nz-labourparty/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">New Zealand Labour Party</a>, which he has led since August 2017.
