They are the best candidates because of their resilience, tenacity, empathy, and understanding. They possess humility, relatability, and self-awareness, having often seen firsthand the negative consequences of horrible behavior in lousy leaders. Not only do they have unique problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the human experience, they have, perhaps most importantly, the motivation to make a positive difference.</p> <p>We need to create a world where leadership is a positive force.
