<p>The latest online open house for Link21, BART & Capitol Corridor’s study of a new transbay rail tunnel to “link 21” San Francisco Bay Area counties, closes today, December 15. This is the last chance to weigh in on whether the new crossing should be wide-gauge third rail “BART” technology or standard-gauge “regional rail” technology, with attendant implications for service patterns and routing, before the study team recommends one or the other early next year.
