In a Landmark Move: U.S. Supreme Court Stands Firm on Transgender Bathroom Rights

<p>The rejected appeal stemmed from a 2023 ruling by the Chicago-based 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which found that the school district’s policy infringed upon a student’s rights protected under Title IX and the Constitution’s 14th Amendment.</p>
