0–300 with Well Architected Landing Zones

Constructing your AWS Landing Zone with the correct principles is key to a successful cloud transformation. A well-architected, well-prioritised, and well-engineered landing zone provides a platform that accelerates teams on their individual cloud journeys. When working with one of the UK’s biggest enterprises, I was leading the team embarking on the company’s third landing zone attempt. The previous two, while actively running production workloads, couldn’t be the innovation factory the business needed to compete in the marketplace. A hollow core, without the requisite quality built in, constrained teams holding them back from reaching their potential.
