In Defense Of Karen
<p>If your name is not Karen, this may sail over your head.</p>
<p>It's only because “Karen” is the first name on my birth certificate that I'm getting into a huff about this. I myself have clicked on <em>Karen videos</em> and been entertained by a <em>Karen’s</em> testosterone-fueled attack on strangers who happen to catch her on a bad day while doing something innocent, for the most part. At this basic level of intellectual stimulation, I have little interest in or energy to research the facts behind a viral video. I just want to have a chuckle and release some stress, like everyone else.</p>
