<p>We had done many successful occasion dresses in the past — lace, jacquards, peplums, trumpet dresses, you name it. But I felt something was missing — something simple: understated but not boring. Sexy, without being overly “trashy”, dressy without being too “dressed up”. No need for typical “occasion” fabrics — something plain, where the cut and movement would speak for itself. A classic, something timeless that could stand the test of time in your wardrobe…</p>
