When Two Jewish Rabbis Protected the Kaaba of Islam

The term ‘Abrahamic religions’ refers to the religions that came from the ancient monotheistic Israelites who followed the Prophet Abraham. Three major religions stemmed from Abraham’s tradition and family; Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Jews and Christians share their origins from the second son of Abraham, Isaac, whereas Muslims trace it from his first son, Ismail.

The main precepts of all these religions are more or less the same; they believe in one God, and they believe in a line of religions that flows down from the blood of Abraham. However, the situation is not so simple, because all these three religions have forever been in conflict on which religion is the one true religion to trump all other forms of worship. Wars have been fought over it. The blood of countless innocent people has been shed in holy cities like Makkah and Jerusalem over religion.
