Senator Joe Manchin Says He Might Consider A Run For President
<p>Although the incumbent President normally has the support of his political party, there are some Democrats who are not in favor of Biden running again. People are saying that both Biden and Trump are too old to be running for President of the United States.</p>
<p>Joe Manchin is a moderate Democratic Senator from West Virginia. As a moderate, he has gone against some of his party’s platforms and opposed some of Biden’s ideas and goals. He said he might be open to running for President in 2024.</p>
<p>Why Manchin would think he would have a chance to win is surprising. He is just one year younger than Trump. That puts him in the same category of a person that many voters think is too old to be running for President.</p>
