Prague: UTK JEM Edition
<p>“Congrats, you’ve been selected to study abroad with ‘Going on Assignment in Prague!” When I read that statement it sunk in that I was actually going to study in another country, my day was made. I was so excited and nervous. From the nerves about traveling to the excitement of seeing how Czechs do media, I couldn’t wait for this opportunity.</p>
<p>As a journalism student at the University of Tennessee, this was my first real opportunity to go into the field and get hands-on experience. Mark Harmon, the professor for the trip was who really sold me.</p>
