The “Merry Christmas” Dispute — is it Haram?
<p>Like I always am, I am late to the party. Christmas just ended and here I am with my thoughts about it, after it. Perhaps the timing is actually good, perhaps it suggests I am not a trend shark aching for “the views” as I am posting this after Christmas has ended — so really it isn’t about relevance, or perhaps I am simply consoling myself because I missed out on the opportunity to post before Christmas, about Christmas.</p>
<p>It doesn’t really matter.</p>
<p>And just like there was no point to my loop-around ramble, debates over whether wishing someone Christmas is haram or not, also have very little value to them (which inherently means my article has very little value to it), but I have opinions and just like everyone else I will share them.</p>
