Typing from the bed

Laying down with my head propped up by a couple pillows, I feel my body relaxed. Not feeling any aches, except for when I think about them. I often find myself at a distance from the things that I experience.

Dissociation brings me to the back door of my frontal lobe, I listen in on the monologue in my head. Many times it becomes a dialogue when I don’t agree with the ways I initially perceive things.
