Three Of My Most Valuable Life Lessons, But I am Still Learning

Some Things Are Learned The Hard Way

Some life lessons are priceless. They come with pain. Unfortunately, this is the school of life. We learn by making mistakes. The good news is we generally avoid repeating the painful mistakes. We learn and move forward with a bit more wisdom under our belt.

Other Lessons Are Gifted To Us

Other lessons are taught and handed down to us by our parents and grandparents lovingly, and we are spared the pain because they want us to learn through them. Some of us will listen. Others will rebel.

Each person we meet enters our life and becomes a teacher. Some stay a long time, and others only a short period, but each leaves us with pearls of wisdom.

Three important Life Lessons I have Learned

If someone loves me, they will not do anything to risk losing me.

Time is respect and money.

Always remain humble and kind, be aware, and never judge others.

Final Thoughts

I keep life as simple as possible. I have learned I only get in my own way. It takes a village, and we are all in this together. None of us are getting out alive. We might as well support and help each other on this great journey.

My parents and children have been my best teachers besides myself and my yoga guru. I am inspired by and learn from many people, and my eyes and ears are wide open. I enjoy seeing new perspectives. The older I get, the more I enjoy life.
