Of all the descriptions of Vivek Ramaswamy’s performance in the Republican Primary Debate, I think “vexing” is the most apt. If Vexing Vivek were a teenage boy of too wealthy parents in his first year in college studying, say, art, you might call him spunky. But he isn’t spunky.
