<p>We human beings have a special ability that no other species have : to look ourselves from the higher perspective and figure out our way in life — what is going on? what is the problem I am facing ? and what I need to do right now to make things better?</p>

<p>In this detached phase you can look at yourself and your actions that has lead you to the place in which you are now in. And plan if there is some kind of change needed in your current actions and habits to achieve your goal ahead or see if your actions are giving you the outcome or not?</p>
