Alien Visits Earth After Reading the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy
<p>When I was a kid, my mother tried explaining the meaning of ‘hyped’, but I never fully understood it. An inkling of misunderstanding always lingered in my mind. I’d go to parties and people would say stuff like, “Oh, the IfsAndButts-777 is a hyped-up spaceship.” I’d agree with them without knowing what they were really talking about. But when I saw Earth for the first time, the meaning finally came to me.</p>
<p>The least impressive aspect of your planet is the people. I can’t believe you spend your life doing work you don’t enjoy, meeting people you don’t like, and eating food that’s bad for you. What is wrong with humanity? You’ve been living on this planet for millions of years and you still couldn’t figure out a system where people could be happy? Back home, if one of us were living the way you do, we’d get down on the streets and demand a major systemic change. That’s what happened a hundred years ago, i.e. seven hundred and seventy-seven Earth years.</p>
