<p>The <strong>Heart Chakra</strong> is considered the center of our spiritual core . It is where we harness our capacity for love , empathy and compassion . Through our heart chakra we learn forgiveness and how it not only frees the person being forgiven, but also ourselves from the restrictions of anger and resentment.</p>
<p>It is through this chakra that we form connections and relationships that help us spread love and empathy to all other living beings . When we are holding on to trauma and past wounds ; we close our hearts off to the love that we seek in life . We form a blockage or a wall around our hearts ; preventing us from embracing the love that’s around us. It makes us afraid and hesitant , causing us to miss out on valuable connections.</p>
