<p><strong>Red packets </strong>-Prepare and exchange red packets, containing money, as a symbol of good luck and blessings. Give these packets to children, unmarried family members, and friends. You can also replace money with lottery tickets or gift cards.</p>
<p><strong>Temple visit </strong>-Normally, I would visit the temple several times the season, with my family when I lived back home in Malaysia. We prayed and sought blessings for the New Year.</p>
