Dev Log #2 — Tournament Recap And Future Plans

<p>Project Apidom tournament just ended on August 26th and with freshly gathered feedback, new impressions and players, we&rsquo;re laying out game&rsquo;s future development plans. In short, part of focus shifts towards the gameplay itself.</p> <h2>Movement updates</h2> <p>Press a key to go forward, release it to stop &mdash; sounds simple on the paper, yet is difficult to accomplish in reality. Making character move effortlessly, not burdering the player with the need to compensate for animations while also being unnoticeably responsive is no easy task.</p> <p>After tournament, we received many requests from players to update the movement. As we were already used to it, it is an improvement that would have been difficult to come with without community input.
