My Brain Finally Decided It Likes Math After Six Frustrating Decades

<p>Sometimes I amaze myself. Sometimes, things happen that I can&rsquo;t explain. Sometimes, I write creative stories with twists and turns but do not know where the inspiration comes from.</p> <p>And now, my latest mental adventure is math. A latent ability to understand math has woken up within me.</p> <p>All kinds of math.&nbsp;The type of math that I hated in high school and tried to avoid in college.</p> <p>I&rsquo;m not talking about basic math. I&rsquo;m talking about a genuine interest in complex formulas with significant numbers intermingled with geometry and trigonometry. I&rsquo;ve become intrigued with measurements, conversions, angles, and deviations.
