3 Groups Who are Exempt from ELD Outside of FMCSA Guidelines

<p>One of the major initial concerns with the ELD mandate involves drivers who transport livestock. Those who need to use ELDs will have to abide by the HOS rules.With these rules, drivers can only have a total of 14 on duty hours with no more than 11 of those hours dedicated to actively driving.
