How to find a flatshare/flat in Prague
<p>There are many websites where are possibilities to find your flatshare. I write the possibilities because somehow it is really hard to find a proper and not overpriced place for foreigners and nowadays even for Czech people. You have to<strong> find a tiger in yourself</strong> and just rock the world in Prague with finding awesome flatshare!</p>
<p>Why is it so hard? There are many speculations. AIRBNB, Prague’s getting very touristic, people just greedy for money etc… But mainly, I would say it is because there are about 60 % more demands of flats than offers ( I am mostly talking here about these <strong>approachable flatshares </strong>for Erasmus students). To imagine numbers that I m talking about in August there were around 200 offers and around 500 demands.</p>
