As most of you might already know, there are quite a few quick day trips that you can do while in Taipei, Taiwan. I spent a full day enjoying Beitou Hot Spring and Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf before heading back to Taipei city late at night. It’s possible and incredibly enjoyable. I would not have it any other way.
It’s worth taking a day trip out of the busy capital of Taiwan if you have a few more days to spare.
BEITOU HOT SPRING
How relaxing it was to just feel the warmth of the natural HOT spring! It was too hot that the steam was thick! Beitou is a quick 20-minute 31 Taiwanese dollar train ride from the capital city of Taipei.
