<p>&ldquo;Are you happy with your weight?&rdquo;</p> <p>There I was, squeezing in my annual check-up at the last minute in late December, flipping through the usual paperwork. It was the first time I&rsquo;d ever seen such a question on a doctor&rsquo;s check-in sheet.</p> <p>I was grateful to see it.
