The Underappreciation of Driveclub and Evolution Studios

<p>If you need to get an idea of just how flawed Sony&rsquo;s business practice is, just take a good look at Evolution Studios.</p> <p>For years, the developer thrived with a trio of great&nbsp;<em>Motorstorm</em>&nbsp;games on the PlayStation 3, including&nbsp;<em>Pacific Rift</em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Apocalypse</em>. But then, in 2014, Sony opted to go for something a little more realistic on the PlayStation 4, in the form of&nbsp;<em>Driveclub</em>.</p> <p>At the time, it did present some interesting ideas for racing games, including dynamic weather effects and some challenges that actually sprung up mid-race.
