<p>Red Hook on the Road (RHOR), a flagship program of Brooklyn Workforce Innovations, helps low-income New Yorkers get on-the-road driving experience and secure their Commercial Driver’s License. Grads go on to drive buses, trucks, and other large vehicles. But RHOR doesn’t do it alone — they partner with local employers, like Total Transportation.</p>
