However, Citroën has been behind the curve and playing catch up for the past twenty years or so. But this will change next year when their revolutionary E-C3 comes to market. This EV can rapid charge in 32 minutes and has a range of 199 miles, yet it will cost nearly half that of a Tesla Model 3!</p>
<p>If you have been following Citroën for the past few years, this E-C3 isn’t a surprise. Not too long ago, Citroën released their Oli electric concept car. This car’s design language and ethos heavily influenced the new E-C3. It is built using revolutionary recycled materials, like polymerised cardboard, and is fully recyclable once scrapped.</p>
