<p>I&rsquo;m an &ldquo;elder millennial&rdquo; or I guess that&rsquo;s what we&rsquo;re being called, we were raised on the lie that if you put in some hard work in school, then go to college and get a degree that&rsquo;ll open up all kinds of opportunities, and you&rsquo;ll be able to have a decent life.</p> <p>They left off the fact of a shrinking job market, ballooning housing market prices, the crushing unique debt of student loans for those of us that didn&rsquo;t have trust funds, and stagnated wages that mean that you essentially make less each year with inflation calculated in, since most corporations see raise freezes as a normal practice to help the budget&hellip; It&rsquo;s all an uphill battle, with most people working multiple jobs or side hustles to make it by.&nbsp;In the end they&rsquo;ll just work you till you&rsquo;re all used up.</p> <p><a href="https://medium.com/bouncin-and-behavin-blogs/the-new-american-dream-13ca3c958342"><strong>Read More</strong></a></p>
