How Dumb can the US Supreme Court Get?

The latest Originalist stupidity is <a href="https://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/united-states-v-rahimi/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">United States v. Rahimi</a>. Rahimi’s lawyers argue the Second Amendment gives all American criminals a right to own guns. Police took <a href="https://www.npr.org/2023/11/07/1208501397/supreme-court-guns-domestic-abusers" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Zackey Rahimi’s guns</a> because he assaulted his girlfriend, shot at people in the streets, shot at other drivers on the roads, shot up a fast-food joint, and threatened to shoot his girlfriend. Yet lawyers claim the Second Amendment gives the Rahimi the right to own a gun. Furthermore, they claim gun control is unconstitutional because it is not in the Constitution. To encourage more Originalist stupidity, discredit American democracy and make a complete mockery of America’s legal system.
