Embracing his Jewish heritage while feeling like a puzzle piece in his community, Drake’s resilience and pride would shape his identity.</p>

His role in “Degrassi: The Next Generation” became a stepping stone, not only filling his pockets but also providing a stage to hone his skills. Yet, destiny had more surprises in store. Drake’s fascination with rap, sparked by his father’s cellmate, led him to create his lyrics in a makeshift studio.
