Hey Airbnb, do you want more dollar bills?
<p>The Seattle and Boston Airbnb datasets were mined based on the CRISP-DM framework. The IDE used was DataSpell.</p>
<p>The datasets for this project was sourced from <a href="http://insideairbnb.com/get-the-data/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">insideairbnb.com</a>, the Seattle dataset consisted of over six thousand fields, the Boston dataset consisted of over three thousand fields. Both has 18 attributes each. A third dataset was used as the test data and was sourced from <a href="https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/dgomonov/new-york-city-airbnb-open-data" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/dgomonov/new-york-city-airbnb-open-data</a>. The third dataset was used to determine how well the model was able to generalize to new datasets.</p>
