I was due a medication review yesterday afternoon—I’m on a lot of medication for my physical and mental health.
It was to be a phone call appointment at 4pm. (Well, they say 4pm but to cover their own backs, they then say it can be any time in the afternoon….)
The phone call never happened.
It never rang.
My phone was on loud. I didn’t have a nap. I ensured I was ready for the call all afternoon. I cleared my pathetically empty schedule.
