French Alps, Greece, Austria, Czechia and Germany — Michelle
<p>After bidding farewell to our friends in Nice, we started our travels with six days at Val d’Isère, a high altitude ski resort in the French Alps. We’ve been extremely lucky with the weather conditions on past occasions. However, this trip we landed in rather foggy, windy and stormy conditions. It was a new experience for us, but we made the most of it and learned a lot about skiing in non-optimal conditions. It was still a worthwhile experience, and we enjoyed our last opportunity to ski before leaving Europe. Plus, there was no issues with lack of snow despite the lateness in the season.</p>
