Cultural Differences at Work (U.S. vs. Mexico)

<p>Prior to coming to Mexico City, once of the areas I was most nervous about was cultural differences, particularly at work. Although I had never worked in Mexico, my business Spanish class in college had taught me certain preconceptions about Mexican work culture. For example:</p>

<li>Mexican workplaces are very conservative. You need to come to work in heels, makeup, and a dress every day.</li>
