<p><em>The economy is becoming more and more global. This means that international companies, regardless of their stage of maturity and whether a start-up, scale-up, or even traditional corporate structure, are investing in new locations outside of their comfort zones to explore the business market and attract more diverse talent. When referring to outside of comfort zones, I want to, above all, highlight the opening of workspaces outside of their home countries.</em></p>
<p>In this era of globalization, there is a fundamental theme that will not change at this point, no matter how technological or what size a company may be, both in terms of number of people and/or turnover, they have to culturally adapt in order to be successful in different countries, respecting not only the current law but also local practices.</p>
