A Glimpse Back on the Eve of Joining Cruise AI
<p>little did she know that the most fulfilling parts of her life would be the ones lived on the other side of her greatest fears. today, im thrilled to continue on this journey that i find incredibly satisfying, as much as it likes to beat me up. there was certainly no better place that could introduce me to the world of intelligent systems than <a href="https://www.tesla.com/support/autopilot" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Tesla autopilot</a>, at a scale and pace i didn’t think was possible. for all that, i am grateful.</p>
<p>sadly though, the gender and racial equality stats in my field haven’t improved much either. how can we more effectively fight for it? i find it meaningful to have this mission to pave the way for the next generation of girls and minorities, my people.</p>
