It was a tedious, months-long process.
- Team leads will take Round 1. For every 5 that they interview, 1 goes to Round 2.
- HR managers run Round 2. For every 5 that they interview, 1 goes to R3.
- Actual hiring managers take the gatekeeping round.
It takes 25 candidates for 1 to reach me.
