Lombroso, Enrique Ferri and others are considered their supporters, but criminology does not currently recognize this category.</p>

<p>This category includes offenders who are <a href="https://roastoup.com/4/6865821" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank"><strong>mentally unsound</strong></a> and commit crimes because of their mental disorder, i.e. their conduct and its consequences. |It would be better to treat such offenders instead of punishing them.</p>
