<p>On April 1, 2023, in the heart of Tokyo’s Taito Ward, a 80-year-old traditional Japanese house was given new life as a multifaceted establishment named “Ueno Sakuragi Area.” Nestled within this revitalized space is “Think,” a bakery and patisserie led by two accomplished chefs.</p>

<p>At the helm of “Think” are pastry chef Kazuhiro Nakamura and bread artisan Takeshi Suzuki. They first crossed paths at a culinary school in France. Nakamura honed his skills in the realm of sweets, working at esteemed establishments like “Patisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris” and the “Hyatt Regency Tokyo.” On the other hand, Suzuki perfected his bread-making craft at places such as “Gontran Cherrier,” “Hyatt Regency Tokyo,” and “Garden House Crafts.”</p>
