<p>Creation of a <strong>Congested Zone</strong>: Moving into the close proximity of a team mate and therefore reducing their space, both directly and indirectly…</p>

<li>Indirectly: given the (likely) drawing in of player’s marker into zone.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>(Purposeful) Negative Orientation</strong>: The altering of a player’s orientation in a way that limits variety and/or ambiguity of ensuing action and therefore engenders a change in opposition defending style, either <strong>enticing </strong>opponent pressure or <strong>dissuading</strong> it.</p>
<p>Purposefully adapting orientation in a way that is seemingly negative is a token of <strong>Relative</strong> <strong>Orientation</strong>, a term coined and detailed by Ahmed.</p>
