Social Media and the Indigenous Community on Twitter

I personally think there should be more Journalists writing about Indigenous Peoples’ issues and bringing light to these important topics. It can be easy to get wrapped up in trending stories or big movements but I think all of these hashtags shouldn’t be in the shadows. These hashtags stand for so much more and will continue to be of use. During the #BLM movement, there was not only the black community but other people of different races, ages, and sexual orientations all using their voices.
