<p>In the bustling world of startups, where everything must move quickly, the act of writing, taking notes, and documenting can often be overlooked. Meetings, often frequent and with a packed agenda, prove to be inefficient, and documentation, when it exists, can quickly get lost in a sea of never-read notes. Priorities are constantly changing and opportunities are popping up from all directions. In this context where oral culture predominates, it may seem counterproductive to devote time to noting and structuring information that will likely be obsolete in a few months. However, recording the state of knowledge at a specific moment, noting what decisions were made and why, are excellent ways to avoid repeating the same mistakes and to prevent the loss of knowledge associated with team turnover. Writing also proves to be a formidable vector to guarantee access to the same level of information for everyone, regardless of location and the pace of each team member.
