Civil Wills Registration in ADJD
<p>Those who wish to register Civil Wills in the UAE can do so through the Abu Dhabi Civil Family Court.</p>
<p>Which is part of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department or ADJD.</p>
<p>The service is available on the ADJD portal, through the <strong>U.A.E. Pass</strong>, under the <strong>Civil Family Court e-Services</strong>.</p>
<p>The application should be submitted under the <strong>“Request to Authenticate a Civil Will”</strong>.</p>
<p>Along with 1) <strong>draft Will</strong> and 2) <strong>Passport copy</strong> and/or Emirates ID.</p>
<p>ADJD provides a <strong>standardized Civil Will template</strong> in both <strong>Arabic</strong> and <strong>English</strong>.</p>
<p>Although, applicants may use their own draft, which should be <strong>legally translated to Arabic</strong>.</p>
