Buenos Aires: La ciudad verde
<p>There’s no denying Buenos Aires is beautiful. At every crossroads, in every direction, there is something magnificent to behold. The architecture, the food, the people… it’s a cosmopolitan metropolis that stands in perfect, glorious contrast to the fear-mongering news outlets that paint South America as “developing” or simply “dangerous.”</p>
<p>After two weeks in “The Paris of South America,” I’ve noticed more than anything else, Buenos Aires is incredibly green. And by green, I mean physically green.</p>
<p>As a current Tampa (FL) resident, and a midwestern raised kid (Detroit), I immediately noticed the green everywhere I looked in the city. Sure, in America, there’s green in the suburbs, but that only comes as manicured landscaping, a plethora of golf courses or cemeteries.</p>
